Official World Blog Council notice.

The newly revamped WBC aims to bring a brighter, fresher feel to the moderation of world blogging.
In previous years this establishment has seemed almost non-existant. But now it is joined by young, vibrant members of the blogging community who aim to deliver some youth and vibrancy to the blogging of world moderation.

The aim of the WBC is, as ever, to have as little effect on the blogging community as possible.
This will be achieved by forming unbalanced and biased opinions and expressing them very quietly in a format that nobody can understand in locations that nobody will find.
So, for now, to achieve that goal we shall be doing absolutely nothing at all whatsover in the slightest.
Unless we do otherwise.

For a short period of indefinite time there will be a blog assessment service available at the request of authors.
The appropriate URL and preferred bribery method can be left in the comments box below.
Please note that the WBC reserves the right to completely ignore all requests and accepts no responsibility for any offence caused by possible results.
